I am pleased to provide a testimonial for Robyn Moser. This past June, I decided to take advantage of the hot-paced Calgary real estate market and sell my house. I initially listed with another realtor who I had known personally for a few years, thinking that I would be satisfied with the effort that would be put into selling my home. I was very disappointed; the only effort expended was to list my property on MLS. I sat any open houses myself, placing and picking up signs, and the realtor was often out of town. After three weeks of almost no interest shown in my home, I decided to shop for a new realtor. I was referred to Robyn by a co-worker and I was very impressed with her knowledge. I have flipped 19 homes dealing with many different agents who didn’t have the “balls” to fight for their client. I was very impressed with her marketing and willingness to come and get my dog whenever we had a showing. Other agents were unwilling to do this. I called Robyn Moser and asked her to meet up with us to view the house we had For Sale by Owner. All other REALTORS® wanted the listing before they would even come out to see the house. Robyn talked about the house and how she would present it for sale and did not pressure us to list with her. She even offered us the time to think about what could be and stated that she could have the house sold within a week of it coming back on the market. I did choose to list with Robyn and she did, in fact, sell it within the time period she stated and for the amount we needed. She has GREAT negotiating skills as it was a win-win for both sides.
